SonRise Methodist Church; 9:00am. Should only take about 1 1/2 hours. Everything will be set up on the tables with all the needed ingredients.

"Fall Into Christmas Week" Activities
Wednesday, October 9
9:00-1:00 set up at Oasis Church
Bring in all sale items. Areas will be set up. Please ask before helping as everyone has a different vision.
Thursday, October 10
9:00-1:00 Finish displays
Baked goods need to be brought in. Member only early sale between 2 and 3...possibly earlier.
Friday, October 11
Sale from 9:00-3:00. Workers arrive by 8:30, please wear your name tag and an apron. Just name tag is fine for those workers at checkout.
Saturday, October 12
Sale from 9:00-2:00. Those who work this shift will help with clean up as they are able.
**Fixtures will be taken apart and put in truck to go to storage unit
**Tablecloths will be folded and given to Karen Summers
**Move chairs and move or fold down tables as requested by Oasis Church
**Dry mop sales area; spot wet mop as needed. Clean bathrooms.
October 11 and 12 Fall Into Christmas Craft Show
All workers please use the back parking lot and doors for set up and sale

Saturday 9am-2pm
Oasis Church, 65 N. Laser Drive, Pueblo West
